Remember when getting something through the post felt exciting?
When I was younger, I had a pen pal. I can still remember the feeling of seeing an envelope with my name handwritten on the front and wondering what might be inside.
The Creative & Curious Mail Club is my way of bringing a little of that feeling back.
Each month I take something that has caught my attention, a place, memory, ordinary moment or tiny detail I do not want to forget, and turn it into illustrated post for you to open, enjoy and keep.
Not more content to scroll past. Something real to hold onto, return to and perhaps see your own world a little differently through.

My work is about noticing those things and turning them into stories and illustrations that help us see just how much wonder can exist inside an ordinary day.

Why I created it
My sketchbook has taught me to notice what I might otherwise miss.
Drawing has become one of the ways I slow life down.
It makes me look more closely at places, people, objects and tiny everyday moments that might otherwise pass straight by.
Becoming a mum has made me even more aware of how quickly ordinary days become memories, and how meaningful the smallest moments can become.
The Mail Club is my way of sharing that practice with you: helping you feel loved, valued and hopeful through stories that reveal the wonder and possibility already around us.
You do not have to live a more interesting life. Sometimes you simply need an invitation to look again.
